I just personally hope that ICE isn’t just randomly detaining non-whites, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was the case. It’s my personal opinion that there are a lot more of the “throw them all out” people in our government than many people on the .win sites give credit for, but anyway to get to the point: detaining and deporting illegal immigrants, good. Randomly detaining anyone who isn’t white, which would include citizens, not so good (really just awful).
Do you believe it is possible to deport 30-40 million illegal aliens with zero false positives or mistakes?
Do you think it is possible to police a population of 40 million black people without a single accidental police shooting?
Do you think we can eliminate domestic violence?
This notion that any policy is immediately questionable or problematic if it generates even a single bad outcome is fucking retarded. Every decision a president makes will indirectly kill at least one person. That’s what happens when you’re dealing with hundreds of millions of people.
“Look, people need to understand, ICE officers and Border Patrol don’t need probable cause to walk up to somebody, briefly detain them, and question them. They just need totality of the circumstances, right? They just go through the observation, get our typical facts — based on the location, the occupation, their physical appearance, their actions.”
"Physical appearance can be one consideration, but you need to consider all the circumstances. We need reasonable suspicion." Very clear. Completely reasonable.
The New York Democrat added, "DHS has authority to question and search people coming into the country at points of entry. But ICE may not detain and question anyone without reasonable suspicion — and certainly not based on their physical appearance alone. This lawlessness must stop."
The first guy outlines a list of things used to build Reasonable Suspicion. Lying Democrat takes a stand against something no one ever said. Reasonable Suspicion is a lower bar than Probable Cause.
Consider the source. MSNBC is very pro open borders, as are most news sources so I have to take any article attacking ICE with a grain of salt. It would be like Breitbart having some bombshell information on Obama. I would have to consider the source. I’ve worked for immigration before and to this day I don’t get the hysteria about deporting those who shouldn’t be here. I went to Costa Rica in high school and they gave us a list of things that Costa Rica required of visitors. I gad to follow it and I didn’t throw a tantrum.
I’d have to do my own investigation with this story because so many news sources are pro open borders and conflate illegal immigration with legal immigration. I’m sure mistakes will happen and hopefully they get fixed but in my life I don’t think I’ve ever seen immigration laws that have been on the books forever actually being enforced

Don't give us hope like that. LFG!
anyone who isn’t white
It wouldn't be "isn't white" even in the worst case here. It would be people that look sound and act like foreigners. Your typical urban youf ain't getting deported by ICE, they know he's from the hood.

Technically yes. But 40 million deliberate police shootings isn't the ideal approach either.
Says you
Stop falling for this shit.
