Your skin is your uniform whether you like it or not.
Who would have thought people not raised and steeped in the jury system by their parents and grandparents would simply use it to abuse power.
On that note, it would be interesting to separate out whites from countries that haven't had juries in living memory into a third category(Germany just barely has had juries in living memory).
