funny thing is.. the world probably wouldnt be as fucked up NOW if Germany and Japan didnt lose the war lol. Japan would've stomped out Chinese communism. And Germany defeating soviet russia meant there wouldnt be commie subversion in America.

Yeah, it's retarded to assume they would have been at all benevolent. It was just different evils fighting for power. Some evils lost, some evils won.
At the very least, we'd have avoided the cold war and 100 million civilians murdered by their own communist governments. Sure, there'd be two new great powers, pre-WW1 Germany+Austria and the expanded Japanese Empire, but neither would be powerful enough to be more than the biggest regional power, dispite all the historical fiction showing alternative WW2 leading to a global empire.

Imperial japan would have kept conquesting until they got beaten back. Even if Germany were the only superpower that rival them, they would have expanded until their claims rivalled Germany's and war would have broken out.
