The fact that it's even funded, considering what it does electively, is horrifying. I've not held a stance on banning them for quite a while, but goddamn, defunding them should have been a bare minimum. If it is truly a "healthcare" issue (which it 99% never is), go to a fucking hospital.

They play the itemized services game. So before most abortions they do an ultrasound and they always do a urine test, while that is technically abortion related they can count it as non abortion related, that alone drops their “abortion” services to under half, while doing no other procedure. Add in a few facilities that do mammograms and give BC prescriptions, and itemize the abortion procedure itself and you can claim x% isn’t even for “abortions” it’s just medical “diagnostics and equipment”…. For an abortion procedure.

Most of their non-abortion services are trooning people out, especially kids. They call it "informed consent" which just means they don't even require the pro forma step of getting some groomer therapist to rubber stamp a diagnosis.

it amazes me that people could even think funding any private institution is required by law.

Well that's basically what health insurance is now...and why it has ballooned in cost.

It's a shame they didn't force them to fund it only for non-Whites.

Good. That’s a step in the right direction.

We need some kind of "loser pays" clause for taking something to the Supreme court where the answer is so blatantly "No. Fuck off".

Not tired of winning yet, about 8 more of these and I'll think about it.
