Israel is within their rights to destroy nuclear and chemical weapon PROGRAMS that will undoubtedly be used against them in the future.
They destroyed Saddam's nuclear dreams in a single air raid. Syria's chemical weapons facility met a similar fate despite being protected by Russia's best air defense systems. Good!
They've degraded Iran's ability to make nuclear weapons in the near future. Unless Iran already has a few made, they're not manufacturing them for many more years.

Meanwhile, even if the centrifuges "got away" there is nowhere to run them all. The infrastructure would stand out & be totally vulnerable to normal air & missile attacks.
