Few? Really? That's honestly good news, because the impression that I get from the other side of the Atlantic is that basically everyone in supposed MAGA is cheering this.
Well my church has roughly 100~ attendees, and when the pastor brought it up (as a launching off point for a sermon on anxiety and letting it go) about 4 people cheered outloud. So you can probably assume probably quadruple that was in silent support of it just to pull a random guess out.
And since a small church in a red county is almost certainly all Trump voters, that's less than a quarter. Its still far too many, but its one of the reasons why I don't think "MAGA cultists" are as widespread as people claim.

Largely yes, because it was “successful”. If it had been a failure, it would have railroaded the admin.
