You should make competing posts about topics you prefer, so on-topic posts have a chance to drown out stuff you consider off-topic. You can make up to 5 posts a day about vidya and pop culture or whatever. You'll get a lot of downvotes at first but ultimately I'm sure most people here would appreciate the effort.
