I admit I'm totally clueless as to what's in it because my instinct is that Elon is right and its full of garbage but who knows. There are a few right- wing people on X attacking Elon over it, but it could just be from not liking the guy or just generic GOP bootlicking. Thoughts?

Obvious bullshit. If it were true, the Dems would have released them day 1. Hell, it would have leaked even before day 1.

You do get Epstein targeted both sides? There’s plenty of Republicans and Democrats on those flight logs. The dems were pushing Trump being on the Epstein files for forever and pushed articles about Epstein bringing girls to Trump. It could be bullshit, but the fact is that they have not released anything and it will be considered guilt if they don’t now.

You're right, though. If Bondi & Kash actually did what they promised, this would have been a non-issue. Glad to see Trump's shit picks come back to bite him. Maybe this time -- like the 20th time already -- he'll learn (spoiler: he won't).
The good thing is that both Trump Presidencies have shown the future “Chancellor Palpatines” (for lack of a better term) that you can’t operate in the current power structure, the rot goes too deep. You will need to use military force and go full dictatorship to fix this country sadly.
I could at worst see Trump being caught up in a Gaetz like situation, but I doubt there is anything as well.

I think it’s bullshit because what would even be the point of collecting that blackmail if you weren’t going to torpedo Trump with it? He’s exactly the rogue counter-elite such blackmail is created to control. In order to believe Trump is in the Epstein files, you also have to believe that with everything Trump has done, and all the chaos he’s created (both intentionally and accidentally), he’s still nothing more than a global elite asset/pied piper.

Are you being serious? Do you know any hardcore Democrats? They just pretend it's not true, if they aren't the type who sympathizes with MAPs in the first place. If the media were to come out and day its true they might have to admit it - But the media are hardcore Democrats.
You're assuming they would need to release everything instead of just cherry picking parts about Trump and just releasing those. Even if people they don't want to expose are implicated on the same page or even the same damn sentence, we've all seen government releases where the entire page is black bars except for a couple words.
