I admit I'm totally clueless as to what's in it because my instinct is that Elon is right and its full of garbage but who knows. There are a few right- wing people on X attacking Elon over it, but it could just be from not liking the guy or just generic GOP bootlicking. Thoughts?

I've been on record for ten years that I don't think Musk is trustworthy. I don't think you become the world's richest man without being deeply, deeply compromised by the proverbial they.
Could that argument not also be levied against Trump, too?
This is the mistake mainstream right wingers make far too often. They think in terms of false dichotomies, thinking that either one side or the other is true. More than one thing can be true at the same time. For example, Elon can be untrustworthy, while Trump can also be untrustworthy, and this bill can suck, while still having some good things in it.

As far as the bill goes if it secures mass deportations then I don't much care if there's pork in it. Or silly AI provisions or whatever Marjory concerned with.
Immigration is THE deciding issue of our time, period. All else is secondary to whether America can be made American again.
Just because someone is attacked by your enemies, doesn't automatically make them your ally. This is another false dichotomy trap. Keep in mind that our enemies hold every dysgenic anti-virtue imaginable. They're naturally dishonorable, violent, fracturing, greedy, hypocritical, prideful, and liars. People mistakenly think that our enemies are monolithic. They're not. They disagree and war with each other all the time, as they're driven by different motivations and plans.
There is a vast gulf of difference between "attacked by" and a public assassination attempt on live tv. This isn't getting cancelled or a bogus swatting attempt.
That would not have occurred if the man was not a dire and genuine threat to the enemy.
Trump is at least a native born, lifelong, dedicated American.
Trump is more concerned with Israel and jews than White Americans, the people that built America and are the right's primary and only voting bloc.

He's a standard issue stateless globalist. The US is just another economic zone to him, he has no problem buying himself his sixth or seventh citizenship and moving on to the next place that will suit his needs.
He sees no problem with a 80% nonwhite America. He thinks he's going to be Emperor of Mars and we're all going to be left behind to rot.
