Yep, Haavara Agreement allowed them to actually convert their german assets to Mandatory British palestine currency of equal value
unfortunately for the germans, a very small % of jews left voluntarily, and by the time the war started not even the jew loving British wanted them as "refugees" (hence why they still hold a grudge against England to this day)
Hitler famously taxed them out of every single possession they had, and the guards managed to steal the rest as they tried to leave. It's called "reparations". Most of the jews that state in Germany couldn't leave, because it's quite difficult to leave with no outside connections, no cash on hand, no knowledge of other languages, and the clothes on your back. But that's just the German ones.
Polish jews weren't given such an option.
