He has been killing the careers of actual conservatives for years. He also cucked to Muslims recently, so I wouldn't expect any changes to the immigration system from him or his party.
Farage said it isn't possible to deport anyone who's already in the country and so he wouldn't waste any time even trying. His focus would be on border enforcement going forward.
That caused a huge backlash online, and a week or so later he came to with a plan to deport people who are in the country now.
Nigel latched onto Reform when they were already polling around 17%, but he acts like he's the sole reason why Reform is having success.
What he did to Rupert Lowe was disgraceful and yet that's par for the course with Nigel. He wants all the attention and Lowe was getting too popular.
Farage is the definition of controlled opposition.
It's mostly protest vote against Labour and Tories. A lot see it as the least shit option and using them to torpedo the two main parties is better than nothing, maybe even making room for the things people actually want to emerge in the aftermath.
If that thing arrives sooner rather than later, Reform are fucked.
From my very superficial perspective of him, he seems like a centrist, leaning left economically, but with a few policies of the Right, especially in regards to immigration and supporting local governance. He did not support having people thousands of kilometers away, in a different country, deciding on the direction of the UK, when they would not suffer any of the repercussions from their disastrous demands.
He seems like a mixed bag. Better than the vast majority of UK politicians, but far from perfect, with a lot of room for improvement. Basically, a stop-gap measure, until someone better comes along to actually plug the holes and fix their sinking vessel. Not that I actually believe there exists any such Englishman alive today.
You might be thinking of Rupert Howe, I think that's his name. IIRC he was ejected from the party for alleged sexpestery and a token investigation without a chance to defend himself.
Reform is doing well with being a protest vote, unfortunately farage is just the same shit with a different coloured tie so they're completely screwed.
Although, a vote for the Torys in (purple?) can't be any worse than a vote for Labour.
Looking at how things are over there, I'd wager 15% of the Labour score is "newcomer" driven, and probably about 5% of the "Conservative" vote too, from people who want the welfare state to go back to the way it was before Keir Stalin's reign.
In a reality where they weren't just shoveling the third world in as quickly as they could, Reform would be dominating even more than they already are.

Every time I post this to reddit UK it is immediately taken down.
Wait 3 years and reddiitors will say : “we didn’t know reform were in the lead. It must be because russia stole the election”
Brexit 2.0
"How is this possible?! No one I know voted for Reform!"- UK Redditors 3 years from now.
Spends 10 years banning anyone who expresses a conservative opinion
followed by : “So how come I never even heard a conservative on here?”
It's too bad the entire political class of Britain has no love for their country or their people whatsoever.
they were never trying to genocide foreign countries, your comment is reddit tier

Reform winning caused the TDStards to build walls. Funniest shit I ever see.
Conservatives were 30 points ahead in Canada.
And then they decided to go full retard in regards to Trump, and got their ass handed to 'em.
