Blacks lived on a continent full of large herbivores and fairly flat terrain, and never domesticated an animal, invented the wheel, or even sleds/sledges. And they have a primal, abject shame at this fact.
Think about it from an evolutionary aspect. Sub Saharan blacks never developed above stone age hunter-gather because they can pick their food from trees, had widespread access to game, and never faced any kind of seasonal pressure that forced them to plan for extended periods of no food, like whites did in Europe, so there was no evolutionary pressure to get smarter.
To put it in software development terms, Blacks are the alpha version of humans, closest to the proto-humans modern man first evolved from.
Those herbivores are extremely difficult to domesticate, and tend to be extremely violent. They have flat terrain in some places, and impenetrable jungle, large mountains, and vast deserts in others. They have unreliable rivers that are mostly dry until there is severe flooding, they typically have poor soil quality, and population density was capped by Malaria.
The Carthaginians sailed to what appears to be somewhere along the Ivory Coast, and they never colonized it. The Romans knew it existed too, and they never colonized it. Neither did the Ottomans or the Islamic Caliphates. Europe colonizes South America long before it colonized Africa, despite the fact that they could just continue to sail around Africa. That should tell you how utterly inhospitable Africa was. If you don't believe me, ask the Afrikaners how hard it is to farm there.

It's so obvious and yet we're told to pretend that everyone is equally capable.
