Please correct me if I get this wrong, but doesn't the President have full control of the Marines, Congress the rest of the military it's just over the years they gave PAST Presidents FULL liberty to do as they like and the National Guard is governors.

It’s more judges acting as the executive branch. They have zero actual ability to enforce this but they will bog down Trump in the legal quagmire in order to slow him down his entire time in. The judges ruling was literally “you didn’t prove troons were incapable of being beneficial to the military” despite still being a mental illness in the DSM-5 and every single study on sex change surgeries or the massive report that led to the ban under the first Trump term. A court should have no involvement. If the President wants to ban whoever from the army, it's entirely his decision.
