How are they going to eliminate "spring break", for colleged age kids aka adults? Cops are just as retarded as niggers.
Easy. Roll out in force and arrest everyone you can for public intoxication, open containers, MIPs for any minors, and contributing charges for the adults with them...
If they all get to spend spring break in the drunk tank, they won't be excited about coming back next year, and I'll bet they tell their friends not to go either.
