Frankly, my dear, I don't give a fuck.

As someone who is generally very principled, very lolbertarian, has been accused of fence sitting, and all the rest...

As long as they're not sweeping up Americans in this, I don't frankly care what, if any, gang they're in. You're here illegally. You gotta go. Don't care. Bye.

I don't care if these people are TdA or whatever. As long as they can guarantee they're not Americans...bye, Felicia.

Not only is getting illegals out of America a net positive, but strict enforcement of immigration law will convince others not to come here illegally as well. I see no downside...unless, as mentioned, they somehow fuck up and send some American citizen to hell, which would tank this whole thing.

I want to go further. Send these people out, shut down all aid for noncitizens, close the border, build the wall. We're full. America is for Americans.

America is for Americans.

This will require throwing out quite a few people with citizenship. I don't think we've got the political will to go quite that far, but throwing out non-citizens is a good start.

The fact they are covered in similar tattoos makes me guess they are gang tattoos, these arent innocent people lmao.

However, lets not pretend that everyone trump is deporting are criminals.

What about the old granny here on a student visa?

We ok with deporting immigrant protestors simply for advocating for Palestinian rights?

I aint to concerned with the canadians, they bitch about being detained and question, yet they have immigrants rotting in jail cells for years on end.

https://aspercentre.ca/rectifying-the-wrongs-of-indefinite-immigration-detention-in-canada/

After being continually detained for seven years, Kashif Ali was finally released earlier this year by order of Justice Ian Nordheimer of the Ontario Superior Court. The case, Ali v. Canada, outlined the details of his immigration detention, which was comprised of five years in a maximum-security prison and included 103 consecutive days in solitary confinement. The Canadian government intended to deport Mr. Ali, but his lack of documentation verifying his nationality meant that he had nowhere to go. Born in Ghana, Mr. Ali spent his childhood in different places, moving to Nigeria, Germany, the United States, and then finally to Canada at age 20. During this time he did not acquire any documents establishing his birth or nationality, and was unable to make a refugee claim when landing in Canada. Due to his criminal convictions and absence of legal status the Canadian government sought to deport him. But there was no country to deport Mr. Ali to, leaving him indefinitely detained for seven years.

Yes. Cause visas have a clause in them not to support terrorist orgs like hamas

I'm pulling this stat out of my ass, but 90% of "Hamas supporters" do not in fact support Hamas. It's shorthand for not liking what Israel is doing.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of all the designations, as it can just be used to stifle free speech. I don't support Hamas, but I've said I understand why they believe what they believe. If I became high profile enough, I would be targeted as a "Hamas supporter" despite condemning any attacks on civilians, and saying that, yeah, Hamas sucks.

TL;DR: Fuck Hamas, fuck Israel, and fuck the "Hamas supporter" label, which is used almost exclusively by Zionists.

I think you're being way too generous. Most of these people will say they support hamas cause thats what their social group influences them to say even if they dont know exactly what hamas does

I think usa needs to be careful with how it handles issues of freedom for non citizens because people are going to come in and take adv of that and when people try to deport them liberals are suddenly going to cry freedom of speech. Just look at hani al sibai in UK.

When i was a PR in another country i behaved and didnt go stirring shit in the slightest. If you can't do that, i think the country has the right to get you to leave

I didn't say they were innocent. My point is, at this point I wouldn't even care if one or two illegal aliens that weren't TdA got caught up in this.

We ok with deporting immigrant protestors simply for advocating for Palestinian rights?

Generally no. I will say non-citizens get less rights than citizens, but I'm not a huge fan of the focus, I do think it's being abused, and I'm worried about the Chilling Effects™ on free speech. I'm not heartbroken, but I wish the administration wasn't so fucking Zionist. And, yeah, that sort of cowardly and authoritarian behavior is indefensible. I will say, it's hilarious to see leftists (allegedly) caring about freedom of speech again, though.

We ok with deporting immigrant protestors simply for advocating for Palestinian rights?

No. Deport them all, regardless of stance on Palestine.

I don't think you're being disingenuous here, but I think you're missing the point

However, lets not pretend that everyone trump is deporting are criminals. [...] We ok with deporting immigrant protestors simply for advocating for Palestinian rights?

I don't care. If you're not a citizen, you should be trying to assimilate into American culture, or at least keeping your head down. "When in Rome" and all that.

Due to his criminal convictions and absence of legal status [...]

This is the most important part of the above paragraph. I'm going to assume you missed it. The article doesn't specify his crimes, but those are irrelevant. What is a government supposed to do with a criminal who is unable to establish a legal right to be present in their or any other country? Let him roam free because he happened to make it inside their borders?

You don't have a right to residence in a foreign country. In modern times we've invented a 'right' for 'refugees' to seek asylum within a nearby country, but this has been so thoroughly abused that, frankly, I don't think it's worth considering whether a migrant is a 'refugee' or not. If they aren't integrating and they aren't contributing to the wellbeing of society, they can leave or they can rot.

If the left is in charge, sticking up for American culture is how you get designated a terrorist supporter.

You're replying to an argument I didn't make, but it's worth addressing.

The right loses because they refuse to use their political power to defeat their enemies out of some combination of a sense of 'fairness' and fear of reprisal (and because an overwhelming majority of those in positions of power/influence are controlled opposition/uniparty establishment.) I don't give a damn about what the left might hypothetically do with this precedent, because the left does what they fucking want, regardless of precedent.

Additionally, Trump's EO on this specifies foreign terrorists/organizations. You can migrate to the US and join the KKK and you'll probably run into feds from every three-letter agency except ICE.
