The problem is those shitskins attack random Americans in the name of their cause. Any foreigner who is guilty of attacking Americans for some alleged "sin" (example: for being white) needs to be marked through punishment, then deported permanently AFTER they are made to grovel before their victims.

EDIT: UPDATE. Turns out he's an intelligence asset from bongistan! Give him some real waterboarding in gitmo!

No shit. It's also why it's annoying arguing with retards about it(not on here) because I can cite the damn code and then they try to argue they don't know anything about him supporting ftos so it doesn't apply. At least on here people will just straight up admit they don't care because he's anti Israel

Columbia University Apartheid Divest has withdrawn an apology it made last spring for a member who said “Zionists don’t deserve to live.”

“We support liberation by any means necessary, including armed resistance,” the group, Columbia University Apartheid Divest, said in its statement revoking the apology.

In this case, it was actually super easy.

He's the spokesman of the group.

Armed resistance against an illegally occupying force is in fact legal under international law. Not all jews are zionists either.

But I see how this is going.

Yeah, and it ain't going nowhere good.

What exactly did this guy do that warrants deportation, I mean the actual crime, what was it? Honestly, idgaf about some brown dude being deported. With that said, you have to be aware that ZOG is looking to set court precedent either with this case or a case in the near future where a person who hasn’t actually committed a crime other than standing against ZOG publicly, or shining a lot on the ZOG’s power structure, leads to deportation or prison. ZOG wants the right to support it, so when they go to set this precedent it’s going to be done against someone the right wing universally hates, knowing it won’t cause push back, but once that antisemitism anti-free speech precedent is set, it will be unleashed on the right big time.

Protesting a genocide doesn’t automatically make you a spokesman for any organization, but even if he is, what support beyond speech is this organization giving to Hamas? Does it really support Hamas, or do the goals of the protesters just overlap with the goals of Hamas being that they both want an end to genocide, and sovereignty for the Palestinians? What organization is he allegedly a spokesman for? And if you still believe he should be deported, do you think Israeli’s who are in U.S. colleges, and are also part of any organization funded by or linked to Israel, should they be deported any time one of them counter protests the Palestinian supporters since they support the terrorist government of Israel and its genocidal actions?

Speech is enough. I won't put up with open cheerleaders of terrorism at American universities. They're already bad enough as it is. I'll go full ghostfox45.

And if you still believe he should be deported, do you think Israeli’s who are in U.S. colleges, and are also part of any organization funded by or linked to Israel, should they be deported any time one of them counter protests the Palestinian supporters since they support the terrorist government of Israel and its genocidal actions?

They should be ejected as well. It'll take probably another decade to get to that point, but with the attitudes of younger generations toward Israel, we won't be waiting as long as some think.

Point being, this sure appears to be more sneaky kosher bullshit, whether you give AF about some leftist immigrant protestor or not. Trump’s antisemitism Executive Order DOES NOT just apply to immigrants, so obviously when they look to set precedent in court, it’s being done with forethought that can apply to “antisemite” citizens as well (aka anyone who knows that AIPAC controls Congress), so long as that person is a part of any “antisemitic” group (even if it’s a FB group or some dumb shit like that) so they can say you are a spokesman for an organization that may not be a terrorist group, but it supports (the ideas of) known terrorist groups so you need to be dealt with.

The problem with that is this has nothing to do with antisemitism legislation. This is federal law on terrorism support by non citizens

But it has everything to do with Trump’s antisemitism EO, that’s literally what led to this kid getting deported in the first place. The guy who posted the OP on Twitter said “Mahmoud is also deportable for another reason” which he then cited below in his post.….i merely pointed out that speech against genocide isn’t breaking the law, even if that speech aligns with the views of another government who has been labelled a terrorist organization by the U.S. Gov.

Again this isn’t about some leftist immigrant twat, it’s about government overreach setting precedent that clearly crosses the line against free speech rights to punish a resident of the U.S.. This situation has serious implications.

Deportation of ONE leader was a mistake. You create a martyr.

Should've deported twenty. Then no one would rally or print posters.

It is bait.

When they protest, every fucker who chants "From the River to the Sea ..."

Bam. Deport them. That is the slogan of Hamas, and it is an explicit call to push Israel into the sea / erase them off the map / genocide.

Fuck them.

He's going to immigration courts, he'll get due process. He might get an Obama judge, but even then they'd have to have big stones to go against AIPAC.

Foreigners have no rights, and moral turpitude permits the summary revocation of legal status. No trial needed, right there in the existing law.
