Agreed that it wasn’t “organic” by any means, but I’d still say that the method {they} used to tear things apart was what could be called “purity spiraling” in the sense that the agitators and infiltrators were basically using early critical race theory to erode support for the “old white men” who would have otherwise acted as anchors for the movement

Invite their friends; use numbers to establish consensus. "Lets hire more strong women. We don't want to exclude minorities!"
Steadily seize positions of power through empire-building, campaigns of whispers, me-too tactics and unabashed use of realpolitik.
Dictate the agenda.
