Call for inclusion.
Broaden the agenda. "We must address structural racism"; "We should hear from diverse voices!" etc.
Demand concessions be made within the group. "We need a womens' officer to ensure equitable impact of decisions."
Invite their friends; use numbers to establish consensus. "Lets hire more strong women. We don't want to exclude minorities!"
Steadily seize positions of power through empire-building, campaigns of whispers, me-too tactics and unabashed use of realpolitik.
Dictate the agenda.
