Probably just a matter of time. Negative reputation (despite the alleged quality of their food), easy access to porn, and 'better' opportunities for hot women elsewhere made this all but inevitable.
Also, hiring women based on attractiveness means you get sued to oblivion by ugly fatsos and leftists. So they end up with ugly fatsos that they cannot reject even if they wanted to.
If that were true there’s be none of these establishments.
IIRC Hooters got around hiring uggos by calling itself an "entertainment venue" and the Hooters girls "actors".
The quality of food has markedly improved in the last few years. Of all the chicken wing chains, their wings are near the top. They used to suck.
