Because outside of any western country, all 'coon' behaviour gets you killed let alone beat up.
Hell in a lot of Africa they'll kill a black American if they tried to do what they did here to them.
This doesn't paint a bad picture of Japan, this just supports the stereotype that not only are black Americans unable to control themselves in a polite society but SUPPORT those that act like animals in another country.

In the late 90s I worked with a guy from Nigeria and he absolutely hated America blacks. "These lazy fuckers wouldn't last a week back home"

South African here. Can honestly say some of the worst things I’ve seen in my lifetime was black on black. I’m talking barbaric shit, primal. I’m not even sure that goes far enough as an adjective. They hate one another worse than the Chinese do.
Makes no difference whether the accent they hear is American, Nigerian or Zulu. If the skin is black, they go into tribal mode. It’s like some kind of an evolutionary response, something Darwinian.
