It’s another humiliation ritual. What’s hilarious is the Reddit tier replies that think Jesus was only mentioned in the Bible and wasn’t an actual person.
Someone should tell those retards that the "experts" disagree with them on that. Despite the leftist infestation of academia people who study the topic for a living agree that he existed.
Even their beloved Muslims acknowledge Jesus (just that he wasn't Son of God)
To be fair, Jesus Christ Superstar itself is a humiliation ritual. I don't have as strong feelings about it as some Christians, but the whole point of it is to be a "gospel of Judas", it claims that Jesus was just a fame-whore charlatan, and that Judas was trying to do the right thing to get him to stop and he was tricked into selling him out. It ends with Judas being dressed in heavenly white, singing, as the center of attention chiding Jesus.
And there is a crazy theory that Jesus was really a woman. I wonder if that will get resurrected (no pun intended)
