They specifically singling out/targeting KICK streamers, seems despite how much we legitimately criticise YouTube or Twitch, their policies and rule enforcement stop this kind of outright criminal behaviour.
They say foreign but they really mean non White / certain types of Asian. This is easily highlighted by mentioning how a German couple standing up for Japanese being attacked with snowballs were praised for their actions.
It's probably because Whites and Asians are more able to self reflect and go 'that guy is an asshole' after looking at criticism of the actions of a person than default to 'you're racist, it's because their White!' like a lot of joggers currently needing a punch to the face to be humbled..

Nobody checks what site you're livestreaming on, people don't have a "Live on Kick" sign above their heads while they're walking around. There just happens to be a group of Kick streamers in Japan right now. Nobody is targeting any specific livestreaming platform.
This has nothing to do with skin color. The German couple mentioned were just because they were present when the Kick streamer threw a snowball in the staff member's face and the couple happened to intervene and tell the guy he was being rude. This event happens to be the most egregious event currently, so of course the parties involved will be getting the most discussion.
The two streamers in question were Canadian-Indian (I believe) and American-Japanese. Looked like nuisance Yout00bers.
They still got their asses handed to them by a tiny dude with a bottle. Too busy recording their 'reactions' to the assault (while it was ongoing) than to do anything about it. Perhaps they feared the bottle would break and they would get sliced up with it or something, but I fear this is selfie-syndrome in action.
I hope they just start jumping any foreign looking guy with a camera out and streaming anywhere in Japan. Wouldn't even have to keep it up long, just long enough the baboon clowns doing stupid shit get scared and run to some other country they think they can milk for easy money and views while bitching they're not being catered to enough. I want to visit soon and I worry they'll make me look bad just being so dogshit even if I act normal.
