DOGE is proportionately targeting wasteful spending and corruption. So if blacks are being “disproportionately harmed” by DOGE, then that means blacks were disproportionately benefiting from wasteful spending and corruption.
This is just like when they say blacks are disproportionately harmed by law enforcement. In reality, cops proportionately harm criminals. Blacks are disproportionately harmed by cops because blacks are disproportionately criminal.
I don't even think it's that complex either. DOGE looks at their books, sorts by biggest numbers and then just scans the list to look for something with a huge fucking number that makes no sense.
Well, it just happens a lot of it that makes no sense is giving blacks a ton of money that doesn't do anything to fix something that is both a 13/50 problem and a culture problem inherent with THEM.

Funny thing you say that, blacks are actually harmed at a LESSER rate than whites are. Meaning, despite committing all those crimes, you have less of a chance of getting your ass whooped by a cop as a black man than you do a white.
It just looks like a lot because, as you pointed out, blacks disproportionately commit so many crimes. But it's "safer" for you to commit that crime as a black than it is as a white because police are being forced to treat black people with kid gloves.
There was that study by that black guy from Harvard a few years ago, that said black people are more affected by lower level harassment like traffic tickets. But they were less likely to face upper level harassment and fatal encounters.
Correcting for the black homicide and crime rate, cops are actually less likely to harm blacks. I'm not sure that is the perfect correction (if there is one), but it certainly doesn't suggest that Whitey is going out of his way to harm blacks.
