Pseudoregalia - If you don't mind slightly furry. It's a great 3D platformer with innovative and refined movement mechanics.
Haydee - The protag is well into gooner territory but the game is actually really interesting. It's a third person shooter with tomb raider style climbing that takes place in a harsh 3D labyrinth. The enemies are very dangerous and you have limited inventory and saves. It is not for casuals. I actually think this game is high art due to how the character and mechanics both deliberately eschew mainstream appeal. The sequel is trash.
Saints Row: The Third - GTA-like that allows you to make your own character and change their appearance at any time. It's good fun, especially in coop.
Tomb Raider: Anniversary - A remake of the first game, and reasonably well done. I believe there are mod loaders and such if you want to go full gooner. It's on sale for $1 right now so if you've never played TR now is the time.
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse - A 2D platformer with a cute brown genie girl. This one stands out against the other entries in the series for it's superior movement mechanics. Many of the characters and enemies are cute and sexy girls.
That's about it really. Batman Arkham City has a part where you play as catwoman. In RE5 you can play as Sheva but only in coop I think. Velvet Assassin is a fun sneaky stabby game if you can get it cheap, though your character is not super hot but she ain't bad.

It's probably the peak of the series. The first two games are rough to play, while the later "HD" games feel lazy and forgettable by comparison.

To be fair, Saints Row 3 and 4 have better graphics, with decent'ish female characters that you can make. Saints Row 1 and 2 have pretty rough character visuals, but are far superior games when it comes to gameplay versatility, AI, and story.
Saints Row 3 is kind of the sweet spot because it has fantastic mechanical handling and controls, with the best gunplay in the series, and an inviting enough art-style, but the plot isn't completely meme-tier like Saints Row 4. The biggest downside for me with Saints Row 3 was how they removed the combat system from Saints Row 2, which has one of the best in the open-world genre alongside Sleeping Dogs and the first Godfather.
100% agreed. Saints Row 2 has one of the best narratives in any action game, and I loved the mechanics, but yeah Saints Row 3 had such smooth gameplay. Shame about what happened to Volition.
I kind of wonder what's going to happen to all these IPs when the industry has its inevitable crash. Will some worthwhile smaller studios be able to scoop them up and breath new life into them or will Tencent just buy them for pennies and squat on them?
Though, to be fair to Tencent, they usually don't squat like EA, Activision, Microsoft, or Sony; they milk. The likely thing that will happen is they will turn a bunch of these IPs into soulless gacha games.
Not that it makes much a difference given that they have already been turned into soulless woke games.
Might want to tell us what platforms you, I mean your friend is playing on.
Gravity Rush 1 and 2. A pair of open world games where you play as a superheroine with power over gravity. She's cute, and there are a number of costumes you can acquire and dress her up in. Because she spends a lot of her time in the air, this means you can see her skirt flapping around (if she's wearing one), and you should know what that means. Especially when one of her costumes is that of 2B, who wears a thong leotard under her dress.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. Spiritual successor to Castlevania where you play as a sexy huntress. She can acquire an ability that allows her to shapeshift into a demon that looks suspiciously like a Playboy bunny, and is broken as hell.
Monster Hunter World and Rise. Make a female characters as sexy as you want her to be, then dress her up in any number of potentially revealing suits of armor. Though it might be worth waiting for Monster Hunter: Frontier Wilds instead, which is coming out in a couple of months.
Resident Evil 2 and 3 Remake. Claire and Jill are as hot as always, there are plenty of attractive costumes to get for them, and even sexier ones to mod in if you're on PC.
Tormented Souls. Survival-horror game designed as something of a successor to the original Resident Evil games. You play as a woman who dresses like a biker chick.
Lollipop Chainsaw. You're a chainsaw-wielding cheerleader cutting a bloody swath through zombies wrecking havoc through the town. If the midriff-baring uniform doesn't do it for you, then maybe the other skimpier costumes you can unlock will.
I’ll start with bright memory, a meh game, it’s cheap and short with some interesting ideas. Held back by the development team of one guy. You fight generic soldiers as well as ancient China warriors and giant statues. You have multiple guns a bionic arm and sword to do battle with.
Nier Automata if he hasn't played it before as well
Look at Asia, they have a TON right now so long as you don't mind grindy games:
First Decendant
Nikke
Stellar Blade
Asia is all about beautiful women with great asses right now lol.
Zenless Zone Zero
3rd person combat aaaand they don't even pretend not to do fan service.

You can do that in 2 and 4 as well.

My dream is to have Saints Row 2 in the Saints Row 3 engine. I felt like 2 had the stronger narrative but 3 had the better game feel.

Keep an eye out for Disorder, something that had a demo some months ago (limited time, so you can't play it anymore). An indie action roguelike.

Frontier is getting a western release?
My mistake, I meant Wilds, not Frontier. That's the new game coming up.

Since it hasn't been mentioned, Berseria, if you like the style of Tales games.
Stellar Blade.
why not just point him to your favorite 3d porn site at that point?
