If you were to ask me, because he's a lunatic. Crazy people don't have to make sense.
He also created c/theculturewar seemingly for no other reason than to summon me there to lampshade him.

Sounds about right.
Because he can't make more people hate women if he only talks in the place that only woman haters would go in the first place.
He wants his message spread, one way or another.
I only lazily follow a few other boards apart from this one, mostly Funny which is plagued with reposts anyway, sometimes Memes, and a handful of others, but I do check out All at times and every so often when dropping into random threads from random boards he's there sperging away and as always getting BTFO'd because he simply can't argue.
The linked thread in the OP being a classic example since as per the comment by u/BlisteringCold/ the claim "this is another lie" is so easily refuted and yet still he can't help but make it.
It was always part of his problem with arguing, he'd make these really dumb, easily disproven absolute statements that needed a fraction of evidence to complete refute and despite having this pointed out to him continues to do so, so he's learned nothing.
Yeah I feel like he has some mental issue going on under the hood, because him when he is lucid (like talking about games or him a lot of years ago) and him arguing is really night and day. His argument style often is just blindly making shit up and then letting it roll off him when its disproven without even acknowledgement.
I really wish I could know more because its fascinating in a sad way.
Of course he's in cahoots with Fish.
