There's NO definition that would satisfy leftists so even trying to make a judgement towards their side would only lose you all women who will start calls to dissolve the supreme Court as in the UK wasn't that started under Blair?

If they push for trans women are women they piss off women, if they say trans women are not women they piss off a lot of progressives.
My guess, they have some "definition" in place where some trans women are women but also that would allow women to block them from sports and bathrooms.
Maybe they'll enforce needing to have surgery to qualify.
