Each country that is a party to the Rome Statute (which created the ICC) is voluntarily giving part of their sovereignty in order to participate. And unfortunately for Israel, Palestine is a member of the ICC. They should have stayed out of Palestine if they didn’t want to risk it.
Except everyone isn't held to the same rules. The US didn't sign on to the ICC bullshit for one, we didn't sign half the Geneva conventions, and we have veto power in the UN.

They have a high influence over the US, the country that actually runs the world. And the WEF which has the purse strings of the world.
