Actual Justice Warrior continues to cover the Daniel Penny case as it proceeds, and just like with other high-profile anti-white cases, the media is running interference on behalf of the state, and trying to poison the well of the general public. However, beyond granting immunity to the non-white latino individual who "assisted" Penny in restraining Mr. Neely (which indicates an incredible racial bias since that witness should be charged with the same level of battery and murder as Mr. Penny), the prosecution also brought the Medical Examiner onto the stand.
The ME explicitly stated that Mr. Neely had some sort of "low-oxygen environment" in his body at the time of his death. She had sent out a tox screen to see what kind of drugs may have been in his system, but explicitly delayed making a ruling on the cause of death because she didn't have evidence to suggest what the cause of death was.
Then, at some point, she watched the video of Mr. Neely & Mr. Penny's conflagration, and THEN AND ONLY THEN did she determine the cause of death, presumably on her couch watching TV. So, she declared that asphyxia was the cause of Mr. Neely's death, not because of strangulation makes, not because of exploding blood vessels in the neck and brain, not because of the toxicology results, but because of the media.
...
No rule 2, but you don't hate journalists enough.
Also, please note that the NYPD and EMT's failed to do any helpful medical actions to improve the oxygen level in Mr. Neely's brain, well over 40 minutes after Mr. Penny had already left.
So, once again, the EMT's failed to provide life-saving care, so the government and the media work together to lynch a white guy.
Local news coverage has been pretty favorable to Penny. They're honestly covering the case and absolutely pointing out the flaws as they are revealed in court. Most of the guest experts support Penny's case.
They've covered this new detail as well.
Honestly, the EMT's weren't the ones that killed Floyd. He did that to himself.
This sounds more like the Eric Garner case. He laid on his back for too long because he was wildly obese, and he passed out from all the exertion, and the EMT's made no effort to try and revive him, or really even check on him for like 18 minutes or something crazy. Yet some how that was the cop's fault?
Its amazing the lengths they are going to to try and make an example of this man. Like, every week its coming out more and more how many things they had to manipulate to get him on the hook.
They are truly terrified of people realizing you can in fact just fucking stand up to the savages among us.
Not sure if actually malicious or lazy to the point it is indistinguishable from malice.
Either way, in a fair world, this woman would have her license revoked and be lucky to be working a dead-end job instead of something important. Unfortunately, New York City is not a fair world, even if parts of it are trying to fight back to that place (Staten Island and large parts of Long Island voted Trump, and have been leading the cause against the NYC government).
It's political malice mixed with the incompetent ME, EMT's, and cops that are far more responsible for Neely's death. And the reason they are as incompetent as they are is because of the government of NYC again.

Or stupid women in medicine. We're talking about Penny's life here.

Too many people know exactly what it's like on NYC public transportation.
Good to note.
DEI strikes again.
So it sounds like the Floyd case in that respect. Too bad they can’t ask for a change of venue since he won’t get a fair trial there

But honestly the guy was threatening everyone. Honestly I’d go after the prosecutor for bringing this case up.
Yea Floyd brought it on himself. The people in the car were telling him to comply.
Correction: His drug dealer was telling him to comply. That was why he had those speedballs in the first place.

The man who doesn't need the government to protect him is the biggest threat to the government there is.

Saint Floyd all over again.
How did the prosecution know these things and keep the charges going forward?
Race hate is more important to them than evidence or justice ever will be.
corruption. a proper system would see the case dismissed, everyone involved brought up on charges, and all their past cases reexamined for fuckery.
Gamble
Is she.. Uh... Druish?
I don't know. What I do know is that she is a political cock-sock.
Doesn't count as an official examination then. I'm guessing the retard court of TDS libs wont care about that fact.
We'll have to see. The defense was pretty aggressive at making sure subway riders were on the jury.
Did the video have subway surfer footage at the bottom?
I didn't see that, but I could have missed it.
Lol the precedent was set with Chauvin
