It seems very out of character for the Trump team to have gone from 100% hawk watching prior to the complete near 0 care now, so I'm hoping they are waiting until they are actually in power to make much more decisive moves about these things without Biden being able to pardon/shuffle it away.
But its equally likely they just know they won the big one and are letting it go now.
