I'm going to withhold judgment, Rubio does seem to be a different guy than he was in 2016. He seems to hate communism, which means he can't be all bad. Trump's other appointments so far have all been four and five star, Rubio seems to be three star, kind of in the middle. I suppose at this point we just have to wait and see how he does.
