It probably isn't even that. Companies like this likely have a financial incentive to flat out lie and tell someone they are part parrot or whatever else is already being asked and looked for. It's a snake oil game too many are retarded enough to pay for by choice without even needing to be approached by the salesman in the first place. On top of that a % value so low for any given characteristic, trait, heritage, or whatever is so insignificant it won't even be something that can manifest in the phenotype. Nor will it likely ever since even with eugenics, [lol], the trait would require about 10 generations of breeding to return to "full strength" and genetics doesn't even work like that anyway!
Right, I remember there was some controversy over a 23andMe employee spiking white people's results with African heritage to own the racists or something.
The testing companies say gene G is in 100% of their 98 European samples and 100% of their 2 American Indian samples so you are 2% Indian. Then they merge this with several other genes they test for and determine fishbelly New Englanders are 1/1024 Pocahontas.
That's not how race works. If you have 80% of your genes in common with a banana that doesn't mean you are 80% banana, you are 0% banana.
They know that, they can tell you what race you are, but they want to push their weird political agenda instead.

I wish that would backfire and those white people apply for positions or quotas based on the African dna
