If you’re about to say a judge decides, stop and think: what happens when a judge says that Trumps border wall violates the constitution? What happens when a judge says that restricting abortion violates the constitution?
No doubt but the idea of a hate crime goes against everything this country stands for. But like you said when people in power despise the country then it shouldn’t be a surprise
