Blackpilled was talking about that recently and raised an interesting point. Is the IQ across all the castes or only reflecting of the lower castes? I imagine higher caste Indians rate as having higher IQs.
It would be the latter. (even though horrible cultural norms are still practiced by the upper castes)
Developing a caste system is the natural reaction to living among barbarians when you have nowhere to go and can't kill them. The diversity melting pot stew multicultural society is a completely modern invention that is proven not to work and would already be on the way out if not being forced by certain elites that see everyone else as the same species of cattle.

This is probably changed quite a bit in current year given the mass migration of illegals not to mention Libya should be dark brown on slavery nowadays and I would think the organ harvesting in China SHOULD count as homicide...
Of course these stats are from 2011 so the stats would probably be changed by now because of all the 3rd world immigrants
Looks like Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania have lower IQ then other parts of Europe. I assume is related to education.
I love how you can see China cheating on the IQ tests on that.
