The US might have been founded on ideals, but when you have people coming in that can't even read, they will default to what they already know.
yet there are no hard lines to competence between races. there are tons of blacks who can read, and there are tons of whites who can't read. drawing the line at race is an incomplete solution.
the line should be drawn at competence, moral character, and willingness to adapt culturally. not race.

my assertion is that intelligence and competence are not tied to race, and that filtering by race will not succeed in eliminating regressive people. I invite you to counter this assertion instead of just throwing insults.
