I understand the confusion as we are both talking about different scopes of time. I should have been clearer in that I'm talking about today's world, not history.
A three thousand years difference in basic technological development, is exactly the difference that you described. But then you don't actually want the evidence you seemingly asked for. You're actually just desperate to ignore the facts it supports.
Intelligence has a major genetic component dude. That means it's heritable, which means it's racial too. Get over it.
so what point is there to advance then? if your intelligence is determined by birth, why excel? if you are born smart, why get smarter? if you are born dumb, why even try?
the idea that we are defined by birth is the philosophy of stagnation. people who subscribe to it are doomed to decay resting on the laurels of their ancestors, until they eventually die out or are conquered.
