Is that what I didn't understand? That it's all kind of culture and not just video games? I never visited the site, I just see people hate on it for whatever reason. I didn't like video games being spoiled, so I rarely visited the video game sites.
I only visited today because the Suicide Squad animated movie showed up in my feed, so I commented and then stumbled into this forum. I was just happy to see there was more content than most of the other forums, but receiving the red carpet here for a simple question, I guess I'll stay away from this beehive of activity.

I was just really confused about why this article isn't talking about video games, but I only knew Kotaku as a video game site.
So did we, until it revealed itself to be a political site, along with nearly every other mainstream "video game news" site and discussion forum.
