Oh wow. Now there's something I forgot existed. But they were always considered hip-hop and not "K-pop." OP complaint is the Korean version of "ALL pop music is being infested with rap and hip-hop," not claiming that some of those elements never existed.

I like the dj doc song :p it's also a decent song to enjoy for karaoke bars in Korea and want to come off as "kind of normal" ;)
To know if it has infected kpop completely - I don't know. But the vid is only focusing on one group so hard to judge. And I stopped following kpop a few years ago.
