Always anger. One person said I was so eager to kick him out of the country. I said you always talk about how evil and racist it is so why not. I live in Texas, and if my neighbor told me everyday that he hated Texas wouldn’t it be fair to ask why he doesn’t move?
I'm surprised you don't get a more reasoned response along the lines of "This is still my home and I want to change it for the better instead of abandoning it."
I guess the people who rave about how awful it is don't have that much sense though, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised.
I have heard that but the problem is their idea of changing it is Marxism. I know America isn’t perfect but it can be improved. I believe in the ideal.
I've asked people who can't stop gushing about California why they moved to Texas. They usually answer with BS about how they wanted to expand their horizons and how good the jobs in Texas are and how their friends are moving there. But they would never admit that California is too expensive to live in and that the big cities are shitholes. I almost wish Texas would reverse their constitution and have state income taxes just to spite blue state imports.

You're expecting reason from people who seek to exterminate air conditioning and running water.

My main annoyance is bringing California voting. I’ve met Californians who moved here to get away from lefty politics. That’s good to see
They should have to live there 5 years before they get to vote.
