Hughes fired at least 100 rounds from a high-powered rifle at officers who were outside the home he was in, Jennings said. Hughes was in an upstairs room during the standoff, the chief said.
He had a lot of chances. From a high vantage point. Potentially when they were unaware of him.
Wouldn't need to be. It's easy to keep up a high rate of fire with perfectly legal rifles. His accuracy isn't anything to write home about either. 4 kills in what was probably four mags? Yeesh.
Scariest thing I ever seen on TV was the Wire when Marlo Stanfield has his crew go target shooting and later showing their proficiency in comparison to rival gang members during a shootout.
I was like... they can show that? They shouldn't show that.
Yeah, usually dindu shooting involves all of the living backstops innocent bystanders getting shot. Heck, most police shootouts these days involve hundreds of shots and no hits, but a dindu can fire one mag and hit someone with almost every shot (or in the case of the NFA Brigade incident, hit 4 people with 3 shots)! Must be the superior Wakandan shooting stance.
I'm impressed by his shooting skill.

What do you bet the rifle will be something already banned?

My God, they're evolving! Soon enough, they may even become sentient! (Still not givin' 'em rights, tho)
I'm sure his handlers gave him detailed instructions.
Must have been verbal; that's a lot to assume it can read.
