Remember how ISIS destabilized Syria so oil tycoons could put an oil and gas pipeline from the Middle East through Syria and into Europe, but Assad refused because he's an ally with Russia, and Russia makes a lot of money by exporting oil and gas to Europe?

Unfortunately not really. Moscow has had many Islamic terrorist attacks, and some parts of Russia are predominantly Muslim.
Especially during Ramadan it's unfortunately likely.
