While she is racist and she did discriminate against white people on another project named ValiDate she is now just an "Associate Narrative Designer".
The title suggests that she is the one that hires for Black Panther rather then just a small voice.
That being said, I would not be surprised if her team will be black because it would be racist to have non-black people design a story about Wakanda. I just hope they are real wakandians
It will take longer for a new Elder scrolls than morrowind-Skyrim at this point. It will take longer for a gta6 than gta3-5. The drastic drop in quality is insane considering the timeframes they have. By comparison Helldivers 2 was almost 8 years with a far smaller studio, complete change of every thing considered the first was a top down shooter while bringing quality and still only being 50 bucks.

Suicide Squad game was 7 years in production, the Batman trilogy was 8 years. It took about the same time to create 1 bad game as 3 great ones.
This is not a healthy industry.
