Those aren't true at all. It's not an outlier to point out that bad culture does bad things to people, especially when it's institutionalized. Gypsies literally have a culture that promotes gypsy supremacism and claims that theft against non-gypsies is moral.

I wouldn't dismiss the nature argument, but the weight you're giving it is too extreme. The differences in behavior are more extreme than the differences in genetics, and you can't account for such wild behavioral differences with such mild genetic differences. We're not even talking 1% genetic differences, it's even less than that. You can't even just target IQ differences. IQ doesn't account for the level of violence either. Just having low IQ doesn't make you wildly violent. It might make you slightly more prone to aggression, but that doesn't explain the extreme amounts and levels of crime we see. Not to mention that we know IQ inflation has occurred since it was first measured, and it's clear that the average IQ of all groups have increased in 100 years. If IQ was a determining factor in significant criminality we'd see it decrease in ALL groups. Particularly among jews who had some of the lowest IQ measurements in the US (which goes to another point about sampling bias).

Hell, if it were IQ, you could actually make a sympathetic argument that some of these black criminals literally couldn't know what they were doing. But that isn't true either. There's maliciousness, cynicism, pathological nihilism, and glorification of violence at play. I'm sorry, but this is behavior related more than anything else. And yeah, black communities have been fully subsumed by leftism for over 50 years. Gee, which would have more of a dramatic effect?

Hell, we can compare this to East and West Germany. After 40 years of communism, East Germans were one full standard deviation lower in IQ than West Germans. Fuck dude, that's barely different generations, let alone different people. Leftism starves people, kills people, tortures people, demoralizes people, promotes stupidity, excuses criminality, and you wonder if it would have an effect on the population? It's just far to readily clear that genetics isn't enough of a factor to explain the difference here.

They're related. Culture itself comes from nature. There's a reason sub-Saharan Africa was still in the stone age while other races were cultivating empires or sailing the globe. It's also a fact that Africans never developed a written language or agriculture.
