If you want to be technical the person who trooned out did. The death happens the minute they sell their soul to become a troon. After that point it's just a demon wearing a human suit.

I have an acquaintance that went full troon a few weeks after having twins. Those were the second and third. The (2) bio moms are mental cases as well. Sad.
