It's from South Park's recent "pander verse" thing. I haven't watched it, but it's become some kind of a meme. Too normie for my tastes, since it fails to properly acknowledge things like ESG scores.
It is a great meme because it distills a fundamental truth into a short, funny, phrase.
Thank you--South Park isn't my thing, not my kind of humor.
I respect what it does, but I'd rather not be grossed out.
The first episode I ever saw was from 1999 or so, it had the frozen man from 1996, and I did think that absurdity was funny, at least.
Show has changed a lot since then. It was originally more about shock humor and then later just became about social commentary on whatever is currently relevant in the culture. I haven't watched the show since 2009 myself since I felt like it ran out of steam by then.
