I’m working my way out of the normie status with anime and manga but from what I understand it hasn’t been infested like comic books, gaming, D&D, etc. have. Is that true?
There's been attempts like Crunchyroll trying to call the shit pile 'High guardian spice' an anime but the only times they've gotten their claws in is through translators
Asia as a whole LOVES cute things and beautiful women, both things the woke can't stand. They also have a very good fiction/reality divide in their heads so they can make some truly messed up shit but be productive members of society. They also understand nuance which the left have lost, a lot of their stories I would drop if woke had written it as it would've turned into pedo shit.
Yeah.. i watch asian shows made in asia. I reject asian centric shows made in the west. Asian shows have hot people and nice scenes. Im 2nd gen asian and i feel more connected to my asian heritage watching these aaian made shows.. than whatever cringy ass pandering show made in usa. All.. and i mean all asian american female actresses are frumpy, ugly, fat or goblin looking.
Western made "Asian" shows: haha y'all look the same, we gave you chubby annoying vietnamese chick in space, why don't the Chinese market like it?? We have 2 Chinese women playing geishas, why are the Japanese cringing?
Western shows would interject diversity and ruin the story. A group of wildly different cultured/race people being friends is highly unusual. If it exists in a story, the fact that it’s suspicious should come up a lot.
Western studios hate showing racial homogeneity though, which makes Asia-shows-from-asia feel much more grounded and real.
If people want to experience multiculturalism.. theaters should start showing foreign films. Its interesting that the rest of the world watches films made by usa.. but not the other way around.
But.. i think commies dont want that. Kinda like how north koreans dont want their citizens to watch ourside shows. Dont want your citizens to have a more grounded reality on what the rest of the world is. I know its silly using shows as references for a culture.. but sometimes thats the only thing you get.
Japanese people are still culturally allowed to tell basic classic stories without subverting them, draw characters who are traditionally attractive and visually appealing, and the studios aren't beholden to anybody who wants to destroy Japanese culture. There are a lot of rotten trans folks and leftists who watch and have strong opinions about anime but they have absolutely no impact on what gets made in Japan for Japanese people.
They can only ruin the localizations and try their best to stigmatize anime fans, but they have no creative control over the art itself.
What SJWs really hate the most about anime is how easy it is to escape their indoctrination, because all you have to do is just watch fan subs. Its not like games where you have to learn Japanese to play the original uncensored version.
Yes, because the industry, for now, does not feel a need to orient every single product to a female demographic. There is enough actual diversity of product that, among the fans, fence-sitters or moderates, without being considered a misogynist, can tell feminists to go watch or read Y instead of X if they don't like the content in X.

I don't know about Crunchyroll but I know Hidive has fixed localizer defacements before if enough people complain about it.
Unfortunately Hidive pulled out of a bunch of regions giving more of a monopoly to Sony and Crunchyroll if you weren't using the high seas already.
