I'm at a 10,000 chickens vs. 1 T-Rex level of curiosity about how an American city would react to a ground invasion from any hostile force. If China pushed into LA or San Francisco would the residents actually resist, given their pro-Commie proclivities? They would rebuff Russia almost certainly, but do they have the armaments or discipline to really do so, even on home turf? I would truly love to see Antifa try to take on real live genuine soldiers. Palestine already seems to have quite a foothold, so even some ME force would be at an advantage.
Everyone would run and hide indoors like it was the newest COVID plague, waiting for US troops to save them.
Or waiting for the police that they just defunded and diversified.
Would they notice? Seattle had a lot of Chinese investments that rebuilt the city. Now with so much crap happening those buildings are open to anyone who wants to use them. If the city was Chinese in 5-10 years, or Indian for that matter, it wouldn't even be a surprise.
