"Opposing our fascist conspiracy to violate the First Amendment is a violation of the First Amendment!"

I remember when the Left insisted that corporate speech was not free speech. Now the Left and the corporations are one and the same.

I remember they were really buttmad that corporations dared to advertise their products as far as medicine.

It holds water when they act as a publisher and take legal responsibility for what is posted - but they don't.

I would argue being a platform with hundreds of millions of users still counts, it's the fact that it's a moderated forum that strips it of its platform status in my opinion.

I'm sure they'll find some way to explain how conspiracy against civil rights is perfectly fine. But only so long as leftists are doing it, because it's apparently free speech to groom children.

Looking to the corrupt judiciary for help is a futile exercise.

I hope the era of Jim Crow free markets for tech companies and woke banks to discriminate against anyone they want without consequences comes to an end soon.

It's just like Jim Crow, corporations can discriminate against anyone they want to promote an agenda.
