The 15-year-old nonbinary student was testifying in a case they brought against the Greater Albany Public Schools district, discussing gender-related harassment they faced from staff and peers. For more than two years during elementary school, Lior said they were misgendered, bullied and excluded from extracurricular activities.

How can you misgender something that doesn’t exist?

Lior saw one juror start to cry with them, they recalled. Another juror reached into their bag, pulling out tissues as they nodded, Lior said.

Women ruin everything

We don't know those were women. Which is...yeah.

You can’t discriminate against something that doesn’t exist. This is why I keep saying to push on the gender social construct and push the only logical end to their bullshit where humanity is itself a social construct. This thing has no gender therefore it’s not human.

I don't understand how people can address other people with they/them pronouns and not feel unpleasant cognitive grinding. I tried it exactly one time to appease somebody with really huge tits and it was like rubbing sandpaper over my language processing neurons.

the thing that gets me is that those pronouns are for when you are referring to an organization or maybe an unknown individual. It's a word that has meaning, and that meaning is being usurped because some dipshit wants to feel special. I have had a few miscommunications in a corporate setting because of this bullshit.

Well on the plus side, you know your libido functions properly.

I had an interest in a woman with really huge tits. The problem was, she was almost as heavy as I am (tbf she could always lose weight) and on her Facebook profile it had "pansexual" listed, which is an automatic deal breaker for me as I am not putting up with blue hair shit, cast iron skillet fetish or not.

For me it was ten years ago so overweight bi women were just starting to evolve into nonbinary folks and I didn't know how rotten they were going to get.

Bullying? At school?

More school bullying needs to happen. People didn't behave the way they do today when ridicule was known to be the consequence.

Imagine emos being a 'protected class' and them being able to sue schools for discrimination based on their attention seeking behavior. That's what this is. Nothing more, nothing less.

In fourth grade, when Lior wanted to join a robotics team, the coach told Kelsey that Lior wasn’t eligible to be on the girls’ or boys’ team, the lawsuit states.

'Rapid onset dysphoria' (lol) is a risk for other vulnerable school-going kids who might copy the attention seeking behavior in order to also feel 'special'. They should have protected the school by expelling Lior.

Later that year, a teacher allegedly told Lior that they could not go on a field trip to the Oregon Trail if they did not wear a dress. Students were supposed to “dress like pioneers,” and the teacher said Lior would need to wear “girl clothing,” the lawsuit said.

The horror.

You know what, I was wrong on all this, I can admit it. I thought the whole nonbinary thing was complete bullshit, but that was probably just internalized nonbinariphobia. I've come around to the truth, and realize I now identify as nonbinary. I also identify as going to that school in OR. I also identify as having been discriminated against. Oh, and I'm now black...er, Black, even.

Gibs please.
