Black attackers will reliably kick and stomp your head when you are defenseless on the ground. They will do this even - or especially - when you are unconscious, which is one of the most reliable ways to cause brain damage or death.
Notably, the UFC outlawed head stomps and soccer kicks targeting grounded opponents because these are (correctly) understood to be attempted murder. The only other blindside head kick I can remember seeing was an antifa guy of indeterminate race during the mostly peaceful celebrations of St. Floyd's life, and antifa people are all spiritually black when it comes to street violence.
