Some people get into psych to screw with others. This is the psych you want. Others get in because they need one. This is the worst choice.

90%. Orientation Classes literally have a solid month of the semester dedicated to straight up acknowledging the fact of how normal it is and how you must get help before you try to help.

Getting therapy from grad students is about as effective as asking a random friend to listen to you rant for a while.
Actually the friend might be more effective, because they aren't nervously going through a script in their head instead of listening.
